Thank you for your interest in helping out at Geiger. We have a variety of volunteer opportunities based on time commitments & different interests/skills. Please review the list below & contact volunteercoordinator@geigerptsa.org if you're interested in learning more.

Ongoing Positions

Financial Review Committee (Multiple Members Needed) - Contact treasurer@geigerptsa.org for more information.

The Financial Review Committee will consist of three PTSA Members (cannot be the President, Vice President, Secretary or Treasurer).
The Committee will meet twice between July 1st and August 31st, 2024 to review the previous financial year & again in the winter for a 6-month budget review.
Meeting time & date will be scheduled by committee members.
Information on how to conduct a review will be provided.

Fundraising/Auction Committee (Multiple Members Needed) - Contact fundraising@geigerptsa.org for more information

Fundraising is an essential part of our PTSA & helps provide opportunities & events for our Geiger community. We would love your help with ideas & brainstorming for future events!
This Committee will meet throughout the year as needed.

In addition to signing up for the event, every volunteer at Geiger Montessori must have a completed volunteer form and a copy of their driver's license on file. These can be emailed or dropped off at the front office.

Become a volunteer:

Step 1- Complete the application below that best fits your role (parent, community member, volunteer coach, etc.).

Step 2- Contact the school where you want to volunteer to submit your application and to learn about the available volunteer opportunities at that school.

Please allow up to 2 weeks to complete the application and background clearance process.

Geiger is hosting the IDEA Project! Help our students create understanding & build empathy for individuals with different abilities.

Help lead a sensory station. We need 20-25 volunteers that are needed!
